Chicken with Garlic Glaze

Steps

  1. Dice cut one side of the chicken breast (don't cut all the way through)
  2. salt and pepper
  3. heat pan to medium high / high-low
  4. coat chicken in flour as pans heats up
  5. melt 3 of the 4 tbsp butter on medium high heat
  6. place in pan of hot melted butter
  7. cook 3 minutes uncut side down
  8. turn and cook 3 minutes on diced side
  9. turn heat down to medium
  10. flip again
  11. put in last tbsp of butter
  12. add garlic and stir
  13. add honey or maple syrup, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar
  14. bring sauce to simmer and finish cooking (the sauce will turn to a glaze)
